Nini (known to some as Nini Legs-In-The-Air) is a dancer at the Moulin Rouge and one of Harold Zidler's legendary "Diamond Dogs".

Biography[]

She comes across as being quite spiteful as she jokes about The Duke not "getting his money's worth" after Satine collapses during her initial performance.    While rehearsals for the play are taking place, she is the one to finally let it slip to The Duke about Christian and Satine:

"This ending's silly. Why would the courtesan go for the penniless writer? Whoops. I mean sitar player."

She is the love of The Unconscious Argentinean, even though she is a prostitute and they'd only know each other for a few weeks. During the El Tango de Roxanne their feelings are obvious.
